Pan fried fillet of Seabass - Champagne & chorizo sauce, crushed new English baby potatoes & buttered samphire

Pancetta Wrapped Chicken Supreme - Garlic cream cheese sauce, leeks, asparagus & sprouting broccoli

Fillet Steak - £5 surcharge - Mushroom & thyme gratin, dauphinoise potatoes & buttered vegetables

Goats Cheese Risotto - Asparagus, fresh garden mint and petit pois topped with crispy shallots (V)

Fillet of Pork Loin Medallions - Creamy mashed potato, creamy Suffolk cider sauce & roasted vegetables
